When you only have a high school education there arent many choices for high paid jobs. Training was great. You know not everything is bad here at CN. Almost, but not everything. My buddy told me about this site and how funny it was that some management types flooded it with positive reviews. Hell, they even post comments after every negative comment! Pretty funny, but also pretty sad. Its a perfect example of how desperate they are and how unwilling they are to actually face facts about our company....

- Training availability.

- Less stress that you might expect.

- They allow us to reach a goal, and better ourselves! They walk the walk and talk the talk!

Cons:

- Some managers are great and competent but many should have never been promoted.
