By far one of the worst places to work. Experienced workforce is retiring. New employees rarely stay more than 2 years. Anyone with talent knows better than to call CN home. Talk to some present employees in your field before taking a job with CN.
Another stellar review from The Terminated One!! Time to get a life, loser!!
pot...kettle...black...talk to actual employees to get the truth about CN.
Well regarded by the vast majority of those who work here - you do get a handful of disgruntled failures obsessed with their ex-employer, but that happens everywhere folks.
The failures rests solely on human resources and upper management (along with some lower management yes men types). Vast majority that work for CN are absolutely disgusted with what has become of their employer. Very few new employees stay past a year or 2. That's why you keep seeing the same jobs being advertised as available on their website. Across N. America, CN constantly has to hire to maintain a revolving door in trades, transportation, logistics, it....What a disaster. One question for the positive reviewers here: are you not ashamed for such blatant lies?
Looks like the bitter bum doesn't like that fact that some people actually enjoy working at CN.
This place totaly sucks aSS to work for us union workers who dont want to work very hard...don't do it if you're lazy like me! I have been with CN for 3yrs now, and the only reazon I stick around this place around is that the paycheck is fairly good for someone who does'nt have a high scholl diploma, and they have a penssion plan (if I make it that long). Even with the very good pay, they job is seriously dangerous, any day you could go to work and not return, they dont follow the union contract. I joined because I thought you didnt have to work when you were protected by the Union, but they are making me work anywayz.
