Compared to other jobs it paid fairly well, and the benefits were great.Teamwork was huge in my department, communication with supervisors and team members was frequent enough to make me feel connected to what was going on, plus the training was detailed enough to help me do my job well.
teamwork is non existent in this company. communication is non existent or more along the lines of threats or job security worries. pay is fine, benefits are fine. Very unhappy plpace to work.
Definitely one of the top employers in the country today in terms of salaries and job stability.
