This is a cautionary, Please take some time to fully read some of the comments below. If you know anything about reading into text and what to watch for you'll notice that there are a few trends.

1. The company it's self has placed several ratings on here to boost their numbers (comments like "we have good employees" etc kinda give you away along with the 5 star ratings [rating are not completely reliable to go by but it's generally accurate])

2. There are two separate and easily distinguishable working environments being rated.

a. The upper management: Well paid good benefits and the company marks it as helpful but not very descriptive as far as comments go (very short), I like to know details about things not a simple "great place to work"... not a very imaginative response and no real thought put into it.

b. The general workforce: Well paid but very displeased with their jobs, goes into great detail (most of the time) about the source(s) of their disgruntlement and lists the many company flaws (not so short). These comments highlight certain areas of the company and caution new applicants as to what to ask/watch for during their interview or workplace probation. No point staying long if it's not the place for you.

3. There are 3 major points you can take from this forum of reviews.

a. Depending on which working environment you apply for determines the difficulty you may have with this employer.

b. Your employer will lie to you, and do what it must to bring production to full (based on their willingness to post comments about their own company just to raise their rating)

c. It doesn't matter where you go, there will always be unhappy workers so don't let it get to you. Keep your nose clean and find somewhere for you to work that works for you.
