CN is a very challenging place to work. You will be well trainned and well paid, but ask for more money,(as you will be asked to do so much more then what is on you job profile). In a union job you will have some protection and will need it,(if my boss is having a bad day, someone is going to pay for it). In every other position/job in the company I suggust you take as much training/benefits/opportunities as you can. Show your talents so that when they think of firing you,(and they will), they will know that your next employer will be glad to have you. A lack of social/family/moral balance will carry you far in this company.
