Company values safety over profit. Motivatation through good management and financial incentives. You can earn an excellent living and also get quality time off to enjoy it.

Company definitely values profit over safety. Quality time off is absolutely non-existent.

Talk to actual employees for absolute truth about working for CN Rail.

The great thing about working at CN is that most of those making the negative comments no longer work here!

Don't listen to the propaganda on this site. The Integraty of this pole has been flooded with management it's not hard to tell when you read all the 5 star ratings there's no real substance to what their saying. Anyone seriously looking to apply and cares about anything other then money worth your while talking to an acual person who has worked here and recently retired or is currently working and I Garrnteed no 5 star ratings will be given

Don't listen to the propaganda on this site. The integrity of this poll has been flooded by one fired employee who has been posting the same remarks continuously multiple times. Anyone who works at CN will tell you that is is a top of the line employer, with superior benefits and very high employee retention.

Go talk to actual employees. They'll speak the truth about this horrible company. Employee retention is minimum. Seriously.

All you have to do is ask real cn employees in your chosen trade. there's a reason they are constantly hiring for the same jobs everywhere.

People QUIT CN...they don't get fired.

Great company, very strong management team, great compensation and benefits - some who were dumped by the company may not agree but the rest of us are very satisfied.

Ha Ha! Nobody gets dumped by CN. I'm still here and I barely do anything anymore. Just count the hours til I home. Otherwise, I'm forced to think about how crappy things are here.

The positive posts are pretty funny. A few of us are having a good giggle about them. My husband, who works in another section of CN will laugh too when I get home and show him. He's even more unhappy, AND HE'S MANAGEMENT!!

We can't wait to retire. Oh, I guess thats the one good thing about CN. Good retirement.

The great thing about CN is that most of those complaining about the company were removed from the organization.
