If you really need a job, go for it. Your benefits start immediately and very little ability or output is expected of you to start. It won't take long before you come to the same conclusion any new employee of CN comes to after a few months. This is not a place to call home.

If you have had other offers, definitely go with the other.

BTW, the the 5 star reviews are definitely posted by management.

The 5-star reviews are shameful. This is supposed to be an objective site where we rate our employer, not a posting site for HR to lie about how good it is for potential recruits.

For anyone interested, please read all the non 5-star reviews that offer a little more than 3 or 4 lines of HR bullshit.
