Lots of opportunity for career growth since the company is growing so fast. Growth does come with challenges but the company is more organized and better managed than other companies this size that I have experience with. Definitely a positive, collaborative, place to work.

I agree the fact that the money is decent but anyone with an actual red seal trade can make equal or alot more somewhere else without the headaches we have here. If your jut out of high school or have no training money is great. Anyone else I'd stay away I I could do it over again not worth it my home life has been ruined.

Workplace is rank with negativity. Positive reviews are lies. Frankly I don't understand why the focus by HR here on proliferating positive reviews and comments. Just creates more distrust by new employees leading them to give up and leave quicker. HR and management should focus on why people leave as opposed to ignoring problems and lying to get new recruits. SOON all the experienced folk will be gone! Then what?

easy to get in. these guys are desperate for anyone, for all departments. nobody stays, lots of retirements. good TEMPORARY place for work until something better.

Ha Ha! WOW! All these positive reviews are lies. Crazy place to work. If you're a little nutso, then this is the place for you! All you need to get in is the ability to speak and walk. Seriously, unskilled people that stay for more than a year get promoted fast. My boss, in my department, barely speaks english or french, has no formal education with respects to the job we do, and has maybe a year and a half experience. She got the job because none of us want the position. Now she is by far the most unhappy person here. WE warned her.
we need to organize a wild cat strike and shut the railway down until we get what we want, the pay is crap, no better then any other job out there. The quality of life is terrible and working condition shit, like the student protest in montreal, all we need is a twitter account to organize everyone and have Cn at their knees, now or never people
