I have been with CN for over 15 years and every job function and team that I have had has been extremely enjoyable and rewarding. The first two levels of management are very supportive of your development and training to help make the company successful.

I'm sure he could make the grade considering you don't need any education at all to be hired a in fact the less education the faster you advance as long as your willing to treat people like garbage.
