Despite these criteria to evaluate the company, CN is a company that always innovate and put all the energy required for the success of its customers...and this is an important criteria of satisfaction when you expect to do a long career with such an employer.

Clearly as a CN manager you need some help on your grammar. It's quite awful. Let me help you...

"CN is a company that always innovate and put all the energy..."

This line makes no sense at all, 'innovate' and 'put' need to be plural.

and

'put all the energy required for the success of its customers' is just bad english. I'm guessing you're posting from Montreal as it seems english clearly can't be your first language.

"Expect to do a long career with such an employer"

hahahaha

Should be 'expect to have'.

You should stick to the pre-made cheerleading paragraphs the rest of your goof manager friends posted. You won't get your bonus if you keep making mistakes like this.

Top of the line company - joined myself recently and I can see why so many CN employees rate the company highly here.

Seems like a badly written slogan. If this was done by a manager then no thank you I will not apply to work under such incompetence. As far as satisfying customers, please spare me. As it happens I am in freight forwarding business, work for a huge international corporation and have to deal with CN on daily basis. Unfortunately there are only two players in town ( CP being the other ). I choose CP whenever I can, but they don't do everything on the account of their small size. If I had a choice I wouldn't ask CN to ship anything for me period.

Fortunately, most of the garbage complaining about CN here have been eliminated from the company! Five stars all the way!!

Garbage? That's just hateful and stupid.

You make the assumption that everyone (and there are several) who makes a negative comment is a fired employee. This is obviously not true although CN does fire a lot of its employees for no apparent reason.

It seems you have made well over a hundred postings yourself. Quite an accomplishment, but please, find a new hobby. Prospective employees need honest ratings, not the drivel you spew on this site.
