You manage your own success. Job is very demanding but very rewarding. You will accomplish things you never thought possible.Most importantly, you get to be apart of a team. I have never met a weak link at CN that has lasted. Team is extremely strong and you'll feel good to be apart of it.
"You manage your own success"? This is so spectacularly naive, I don't know where to begin. I have seen plenty of deadbeats get promoted, and plenty of stars get shown the door. Their only fault is that they were not of the ass-kissing persuasion.

CN management is stacking this site with positive reviews. Read the ratings - 5 stars in every category and 4 stars in 1 random category. This is obviously the same person rating over and over and over...Strange hobby. Or maybe HR is paying him/her to do it?

Excellent review - it is defnitely true that only a very small minority of troublemakers stink up the place and try to create a bad environment. Most of us would be glad to see the last of them, to be honest.
As a manager you wouldn't know how to be "honest",it's not in the management manual
Overall, a very rewarding career. Those who were dumped for cause obviously don't agree, but with a huge payroll and great financial performance, they really don't matter anyway.
