Good day-to-day cooperation at the tactical level. Mission oriented, everyone works to support the customer and to provide the best product possible. Pretty high degree of employee satisfaction for the most part.

I actually find it funny that there's a team at CN dedicated to following this site and posting 'copy and paste' 5-star reviews... and going up and down the list clicking on 'yes' for the 5 star reviews and 'no' for everything else. Good job guys! You're earning your bonuses! I'd be completely embarrassed if this was in my job description.
Good review - generally the satisfaction here is quite high, except for a small minority of shite that you get in unionized places like this.
