Company has no direction and if not for those in the field and the high world price of oil this company would be a zero. No reguard for those that do the grunt work. Management as stated promotes friends and relatives with no knowledge of what to goes on. Same is applied to their sub-contractors on site.
I couldn't agree more! Too noodle head managers who have no idea what their direct reports actually do and they continue to hire their friends or their friends' kids. I didn't believe it until I saw for myself.
