This was by far the best company I have ever worked for. Extremely organized, excellent support system, amazing management. They had the best incentive program, opportunities for advancement and respect for their employees. I would highly recommend this company !!

Excellent on most aspects of business organization. Ie. Paychecks are accurate, on time, management is easy to reach, and very supportive. Very good rewards system in terms of bonuses, and recognition. Very professional and supportive management. Reporting systems are well set up.

This company is excellent to work for and cares about its employees however it would be beneficial to arrange initial training to new employees in a more timely manner.

Jumpstart understands the sales & marketing of telecommunications services and do a good job of putting together the pieces necessary to take on this role for other companies. Too much management by email however.
