Excellent on most aspects of business organization. Ie. Paychecks are accurate, on time, management is easy to reach, and very supportive. Very good rewards system in terms of bonuses, and recognition. Very professional and supportive management. Reporting systems are well set up.

As set up, you work mostly on your own, but I did have the opportunity to work with other sales people, if we set it up.

Also provided some very good training, halfway throught. Could possibly have had more hands on at the very beginning. Excellent company for motivated and organized self starters.

If you need someone to hold your hand every step of the way, this is not the company to work for.
