ZTE Canada is a regional branch of ZTE, a Chinese corporation. As such, it's strictly manged by Chinese policies and regulations. This company should not operate in Canada as it does not abide by Canadian laws and ethics. Poor management, corrupt HR practices, unequal treatment of employees, employee harrassment, unethical and unfair business dealings, lack of internal communication, no advancement/promotion/recognition opportunities, the list goes on. How do you rate a company that doesn't pay its own employees on time (and doesn't have a valid explanation for doing so), takes bribes and sabotages its own employees, not to mention discrimination by race, age or background? You be the judge.
