Hmmm, not much good can be said about ZTE Canada. Let me rephrase that, nothing good can be said about ZTE Canada. The management seems very weak. Layers upon layers of beaurocratic processes, especially when it comes to approvals and general decision making. Unfair and discriminatory HR policies. Unethical and corrupt business practice. If you'd like to work in a place where everything is out of place, illegal, unethical and immoral, ZTE Canada is your place. Oh, forgot to mention that you'll get harassed every once in a while. Why, sometimes there's nothing better than a kick in the arse to boost your morale and productivity.
