Some companies have great benefits. Others have great management. Yet others have smart and comfortable office environment. Most pay their employees on time. Pretty much all of them have employee retention programs in place. ZTE Canada has neither of these. They do, however, have a great program in place. It's called "If you're not Chinese, you're a slave" program. Apparently there are some incentives with this program, but I haven't figured out what they are.
