This employer is extremely arrogant. There is never any positive feedback. Head office consists of a group of individuals that have absolutely no respect for their largest asset being the management team and employees in their various offices in various locations throughout 4 Provinces in the West. They micro manage which at the end will be the downfall of this organization. Also they are unable to attract "successful and knowledgable" individuals, which other large insurance brokers in Canada are able to do. This is why success will not be there for them in the long run.

Absolutely nothing has changed. Its only gotten worse. It's a bunch of 20-30 year old witches running the branches. They talk to you like you are so below them and hold your job of 4 years over your head. It's unreal how bad HR is too. Don't even bother trying to talk to hr. They will call the management you just complained about and you will suffer from then on. It's brutal working for a company that could care less. Oh well watching all the staff walk out the door has been fun. I want to see her suffer. Your so much better you do the job of manager and broker.

You said it well! The company is run now by bad managers that somehow manage to be able to keep their jobs while treating their employees badly. Most of these managers know nothing about managing a group of insurance professionals. Yes, I wish I read these reviews before I quit my job to go there too! Hard lesson learned.

I know this comment is several years old, but sadly- NOTHING has changed. They still have disrespectful, vindictive micro- managers who thrive there. Successful, respectful insurance professionals don't stay long at this company. Wish I'd read your comment before going there.
