Totally disorganized, extremely political. If you don't live in High River you don't have an ounce of job security if you are at Head Office. I saw many qualified and talented people go so management could keep jobs for underperforming local residents. Toxic culture with employee and management behaviour that simply would not be allowed in any other company or industry.
