I work for West jet and can honestly say this company is on par with Wal-Mart. Everything about this company is low budget. Poor pay, crappy groundhandling by swissport (another cheezy company) artificial happiness....like saccharine sweetener. This company sucks. Time to hire your own ground handling staff you cheap @#$% swissport people are like mexican workers....cheap labour and poor results....get some class West Jet!
