Worked here for four years now and this company has become harder to work for every year. The internal politics to move forward in your career is as bush league as it comes. I find the, "have fun while you work" thing to be so fake, and am disappointed at the direction we are headed. It's becoming another corporate giant after financial gain from their employees pain.
