I am a ten year employee of the TTC and have seen the inner workings of a machine most never get a chance to see. There is rampant and wide spread corruption within upper management, which filters down the change of command. The most prominent problem within the organization is sadly BULLYING, which ultimately leads to a toxic work environment. Job turnover is high because it is manufactured by the devious intentions of management to reduce costs!
