I had a chance to work at 3 separate locations. Most of the staff were great to work with but management is terrible. The lack of training is terrible. I had no trainer and I spent the first 3 hours guessing what to do. Management acts like you should know everything after watching a week’s worth of training videos. Most of the managers have poor interpersonal skills. I have no idea how some of them became managers. One manager has a serious B.O. problem. From what I’ve seen, managers aren’t selected based on their interpersonal skills. Employee benefits are garbage. One location only lets employees have one free coffee, having to use your own cup, or a free muffin or donut, shift only. So, you can’t take a coffee after your shift. It baffles my mind how many managers I come across that have poor management skills that shouldn’t be in these positions.
