Good vision. No chance of executing with our current leadership team. Low employee morale. No chance of promotion, training, etc, despite what you'll be told. HR is of no help unless you are their friend. New raise policy is out of whack with the rest of the industry. Lower paid earners get a higher wage increase each year to 'catch them up to their peers', even if they performed no better. This is a joke, as some of us getting paid 'more' actually earned the raises when no promotion was available. Short-term memory is a character desirable trait of TeraGo leaders though. If you like being screamed at, having execs berate and belittle you if you disagree, and never knowing if you can trust your colleagues, then we have a few openings just for you. If not, congrats on not being desperate enough to look here.
