There are a lot of changes happening right now - but they're all changes to make things better. The new CEO and CFO have great business sense, and they're steering the ship in the right direction. However, there is still room for improvement. The communication in the company isn't the greatest - you typically have to get updates by questioning your fellow peers - and even then, you can't be sure if what they're telling you is fact or not. The benefits and compensation is a little lacking as well - especially if you happen to require prescriptions. But overall - the people are great and the company is quickly heading in the right direction.
