I joined the company within the last couple months and heard some of the negative comments before and since joining. What company in growth mode doesn't have a few issues to deal with. I think the company has had a couple of stumbles as it expanded but is getting past that and on to organizing itself to increase efficiency, diversity of products and get better at keeping customers and staff happy. In my experience what makes a company good to work for is it's ability to recognize it's weaknesses and address them. I feel like this company is doing that and I also feel that it's a place where each person can make a real impact.
