This company has no leadership or vision. The recently promoted VP of sales is a magician and hypnotist in his spare time. He is a terrible manager and at least 90% of the sales organization cannot stand him and have no respect for him. The entire management team is afraid of the President which means decisions are always made by committee and nobody is ever held accountable for their incompetence. Our two storey office is full of people but lacks communication. As the previous poster said, AVOID.
