As the previous poster said, this company lacks vision and any kind of long term strategy - some of the worst internal communication I have seen. Management does little to inspire employees or provide them with a career path internally. Staff morale is extremely low and most people are constantly searching for the next best thing. Every decision is reactive and as a result the employees pay the end price. Avoid.
