During the tougher economic times that we are facing I have found that this company and it's true stripes are showing, and they are not good. Favouritism amongst management is at a fever pitch in general, and respect of employees general well-being is low. Strong arm tactics are common. Office politics are rampant on the back of the way the management operates. Lots of sneaky tactics covered up or played down. Even when people are clamoring for jobs, the turnover rate is extreme. A lot has to be changed from the top down to make Symcor a recommendable place to work. This is a company that will take advantage of you and spit you out if you don't stand up for yourself. I believe this company does deserve the 1 star, because I certainly wouldn't want to experience worse.
