  • Firstly, I do realize that a good majority of individuals wont actually take the time to write something positive because lets face it, it's easier to complain then it is to make a change. Secondly, everyone will have a different experience depending on the location, manager, department etc... I would like to start with the fact that Symcor is a very good place to work at. Benefits are fantastic, vacation time is amazing (who gets 3 weeks of paid vacation their first year at a company?) Yes at times the environment can be hectic and crazy but what company doesn’t have that time of year where that takes place. The sky is the limit, yes you can be the best sales person in the department but if you don’t CARE for the quality of your job, if you don’t know the meaning of a TEAM...How do you expect to advance? A leader is only as successful as his team. That’s any company you go to! The pros definitely outweigh the cons and it’s for the individual to determine whether or not they want to do their job to the fullest of their potential or not. Determination, perseverance, optimism and anything else that you think you need to succeed will you get there. With that, Symcor can definitely take you there.

Some teams do not need the type of leadership that some of the managers give.
When a manager states that they have been in the position for 5+ number of years and "still haven't figured it out" THERE IS A PROBLEM!
That was said in a department meeting by a senior manager.
How can anyone then think anything but this manager is an idiot and why do they make 60K+?? WTH.

HAHAHA, "Determination, perseverance, optimism"?
Determination to put up with incompetence.
Perseverance to put up with the toxic work environment.
and optimism, to find other employment where you will be treated better.
Symcor is NOT dedicated to your success, but rather it's managers.
