Poorest management! They treat partners as a part of machine. Everyone can be shift supervisor and manager there regardless of level of education, personality and management style. It means stupid people can get the position very easily, if they look forward to. Many good partners tend to leave the store in very short period due to their sucking management.

management makes everything at a job, i work at starbucks and we have a very supportive management, that sucks that you did not.
