Pas de vacances l'été avant 5 ans. Pas de poste permanent avant presqu'autant d'année. Panier percé, manque de leadership dans le domaine du transport et l'équipe de gestion aurait besoin rafraichit. Ils vivent avec les subventions du gouvernement et ca parait, ils se permettent des déficits. Paie trop cher certains de leurs employés (payé 40 heures pour 37heures de travail). Conditions misérables ne favorisant pas la vie familiale. Travail de soir de nuit et de fin de semaine pour plusieurs années avant d'espérer un poste de jour, bref, il faut être vraiment mal pris pour travailler là.
