Oui c'est vrai c'est pourri, les surintendants et contre-maitres n'ont aucun respect, les employés en congés de maladie, dépression, burn-out le syndicat lui, on paie des primes et on a pas de services, allez porter plainte au CRT (commission relation de travail) moi, je l'ai fait et je ne le regrette pas heureusement je me suis trouver quelque chose ou je suis plus valoriser en tant que humain
