La STM ... Difficile de dire que le transport est un milieu où il es facile d'avoir des horaires pour avoir une famille, ou une vie social active. Pour la communication a l'intérieur des murs, assez difficile aussi, les informations ne sont pas diffusé assez largement. Salaire et avantage très intéressant. Matériel de travail assez bien selon la division. Stress et accident de travail assez élevé. La société ne vise pas vraiment de protéger ses employer (chauffeur) face a des clients dangereux, les agressions sont fréquente. Le Service offert pourrais tellement être mieux, mais bon les processus sont tellement long que les gens se décourage.
