After working for Spence for four years now, I can say its not a job, if your looking for a job this is not it. This is a career that can help you make the life you want, for your self and your family. They promote from within, which is great and shows they have pride in their employees. This is a growing company and they want you to grow with them. The owner and management care about their employees. If you have the drive to succeed they have the tools to make it happen.
