Having worked at Spence Diamonds for quite some time, I have experienced a vast amount of knowledge not only about the company itself, but also about my fellow co-workers. Like any job when you first begin, it is a bit over whelming.Having to learn new software, knowing what to say in specific situations, and just getting a feel on the new company policies that you need to adhere to. After just a short period, I got to know how great of a company Spence is. I have worked for many places and I would have to say Spence is definitely one of the top 3. Management is very flexible with your work schedule, all the employees you work with try to help you out if ever help is needed, and you get the opportunity to work for a company you know sells great items and provides the best customer service compared to those in competition.Overall, I am happy and proud to work at Spence and would recommend it to anyone.
