I joined this organization as a Trainee with a low base yearly compensation. I have been advised that my salary will increase based on my performance within the first 6 months, which I had some concerns about because my organizations promote trainee programs and will rarely advance this employees throughout their careers. Luckily, this was not a case at S.i.
Once I started working on my own and had some success in Recruitment, my base salary increased plus I was getting my commissions. For someone, who knows that they can do the job and not slack around this is the great company to work. S.i. values meritocracy and it is maintained that way so team work will not be affected.
I enjoy working for this organization and every day I wake up I want to got to work because of the great environment, people and management.
I also feel that my input into this company is fully recognized and I am given regular feedback on my work.
