Without exception, this was the worst place in which I have ever worked. The managing director showed a total lack of integrity, character and leadership; the atmosphere was rife with workplace bullying, dishonesty, sexism and exclusionary tactics, with the best opportunities given solely to the manager's male friends. High level management was made aware of the problems and did nothing substantial to improve the environment. The managing director of the Toronto branch recently left, and I can only hope that things will improve with his departure, but I remain skeptical - apply at your own risk.
