I joined this organization in hopes of mentorship and an opportunity to learn in a dynamic industry. I enjoyed working with the team however due to a lack of management there was no guidance or leadership. Employees of S.i.Systems are stressed and lack any work-life balance. I was bullied out of my position within this organization, not only by my colleagues, managing directors and upper management. I would NOT recommend S.i.Systems to a friend.
