Great environment and management. Collegial atmosphere with little politics (unusual for an academic institution). Collaborative experienced faculty. A few old diehards but rapidly being overruled. Emphasis on excellent teaching and supported by management. Wages not up to par. Benefits OK. Good leadership and vision. A place to watch! Definitely recommended.
