Absolutely horrendous. No work/family balance whatsoever. THEY JUST DON'T CARE. The 37.5 hours per week is just on paper. The workload is totallllllly unreasonable. No rewards for performance; only if you "are visible"...in other words, only if you kiss-up and adulate.

Rogers Communication is unbelievable. I was put through the whole hiring process. Told I would start on June 18 then at the last minute they called me to tell me that the training class is full. Informed me to sit by the phone and wait for their call. Unreal how does your training class get filled up when you're the one conducting the interviews? Doesn't the HR team not keep track of the applicants they call in for interviews? So you basically wasted all that money interviewing me, testing me, background checks, person interviews for nothing? Or was I the wrong age for you all to consider me? Age discrimination much Rogers?
