By far the worst company to work for.. management is a joke. No room to move up in the company. They give you no leeway for washroom breaks. They would rather you have a accident to take calls.. pickering call centre is run like a jail... you swipe in 2 doors told to sit in this area.. yes you make friends but the one thing in common is this place is the worst.. if your a parent hope your kids dont get sick cause they have a attendance program and late program that they will punish you from years ago so they dont have to pay you bonuses... do not apply horrible company with low pay and no future and they allow customers to swear and threatening you cause if you hangup your gonna be written up..glad i left that hell hole..
