Rogers has never paid attention to in-store Front line employees who get mentally harassed, disrespected and threatened all the time from customers. If the customer complains even if they are wrong, Rogers will hold the employee responsible. They need to have strict rules and signs placed in store which would state that harassment towards staff will not be tolerated. But I don't think Rogers really cares about the front line employees. Its sad that they have to get humiliated and attacked by angry customers.
