Expext to work EVERY Saturday and minimum every second evening as well as everyday if you are to succeed or not be frowned upon by management. The family is graet but managers can be sharks.

Also expect that if you do start to make money...they hire more sales staff. Our dealership went from 9 sales staff to 12 overnight without any warning. They also make employees show up for snow removal duties on their off shifts WITHOUT PAY. You are also required to come to weekly morning sales meetings (1-2 hrs) on your off shift, even on your day off.

Totally agree with this assessment of O'regans Auto Group. The goods they sell you upon hiring is far better than what gets delivered. I have been working with this company for 13 months and have only had 4 Saturdays off. In fact I've only had two days off in a row about 6 times...makes it very difficult to do anything involving personal time.
How are people who work for O'Regan's sales compensated? What kind of money can one expect to earn selling Toyota's?
