Don't work here if you value your personal time as you only make money when you're there. This company has recently modified compensations paid by commissions to reduce bonus potentials. Looks like they're modelling themselves after bigger, publicly-owned corporations, i.e. save money by reducing costs (payroll). Many customers comment on the lack of transparency in the sales processes, or the "smoke and mirrors" created in the selling process. All said however it's not a bad spot to land if you're a young person with limited education who wants to cut their teeth in sales and make $30k-$40k per year. Just be prepared to spend alot of Saturdays and evenings at your desk or hoofing the lot cruising for prospects.
