Generally seen by sales-related employees as a "stopover" job position. Corporate culture model is admirable but does not translate down to actual practices at roots level in most circumstances. Definitely the better of the employers in the field of auto sales, but that said...not many benchmarks have been set very high in this industry overall. In auto sales, expect to put in many hours including evenings and especially Saturdays.

Based on 5 years experience, I would say there are good positions within this company, but commission-only sales is a tough gig. Since O'Regan's is a multi-line auto sales company, your opinion of management would come down to which store you work in. Not a good job for those who value their weekends off, nights off, or who like to sustain a healthy social life outside work. Expect a normal work week to be at least 50 hours. Expect to perform unpaid labor, especially in winter. If you want to immerse yourself in a job for 3-5 years working a lot of hours...go for it, it might just pay off. Otherwise, it's a stressful atmosphere and definitely not a transparent sales process.
