Nokia Siemens Networks is by far the best employer to work for. Few tuning can be made, but that is common to all big organizations. NSN rocks and we will always strive to excel in every aspect. We take a lot of blame and criticism but I believe that became an industry standard because of the complex architecture of telecommunications. God bless NSN and its employers. Thank you Ricky and Rajeev for keeping our heads above water.
