You can say a lot of things about Nokia Siemens Networks, but you can't say they are a terrible employer. You could do much worse. The pay is below industry average, but they are slowly adjusting due to losing too many talented people in every department. Advancement is also a shortcoming. Being the behemoth that they have become, possibilities to evolve within NSN are few and far between.
