Mount Royal University is, by far, the best place I have ever worked. Great community feel - wonderful co workers and lots of valuable benefits. Lots of opportunities to collaborate with other departments. Everyone has similar focus and vision - student success and growth. With recent budget cuts, some added stress and concern about workload, but not MRU's fault. Internal communication during this difficult time has been excellent. Recommend to everyone!
